Ductless mini-split maintenance is priced after a quick assessment, because scope varies by system age and number of indoor units. A typical visit includes checking refrigerant levels and pressure, inspecting fan motors and blades, cleaning and flushing the condensate drain, cleaning evaporator coils, and lubricating moving parts. Plan service once a year before the cooling season. Members in our Comfy for Life/Premier Program have annual maintenance included per their agreement.
